Hello Type 2 ladies..
Thanks for all the recipes! I love the idea of green smoothies since I'm not a big veggie or salad eater. Seems like you can get a day or two's worth of veggies into you in just one blender full of smoothies.
Edited to add: Okay it's lunchtime now and I stopped at the store to grab some veggies to test out my green smoothie.
I have these ingredients in my smoothie:
fresh mint leaves
clove of garlic
No sugar added and it's pretty tasty! I can definitely get with this.

My staples: Mane n Tail (cowash), Garnier Fructis Sleek n Shine (leave in condish), Grapeseed oil or shea butter (sealing), Organic Root Stimulator Elasticitea (leave-in condish & light hold)
