try this one, it is so sweet and yummy and light! I dare you to try it!
hot pink breakfast smoothie:
milk from a young thia coconut (trust me it make a difference if you use regular coconut milk)
1/4 beet peeled
1 large carrot cut it into pieces or use 5-6 baby carrots
1/4 c. cashews
1/4 c. chopped dates
2 tsp vanilla
12 frozed strawberries or a cup of rasberries
blend all ingredients well except for strawberries blend those in after everything else is pureed. it works better.
sounds gross i know, but so did drinking spinach right?
*450 calories, four servings of fruits and veggies great protein and healthy fats. oh and if you didn't like it you didn't make it right... the first time i had to substitute some things and it ended up tasting like an old lady. enough said.
