I'm not surprised about the shea butter. If it gets on my skin the area gets really red and hot so I tend to not use it.

Sulfur is a big one for me, too. Also too much sodium and sulfates in a product can dry out my skin really bad. Sometimes artificial fragrances will get me too. Other than that I'm not sure what specific ingredients to stay away from but there are certain brands I am careful not to use because my skin gets angry.
