I use the Sedu flat iron, and I also keep at a lower temperature to avoid any major damage. I put Phytodefrisant and some Framesi Options Way Smooth into my hair before blow drying. I normally use a large round brush to smooth my hair out while blow drying so that I don't need to use the flat iron very much. I normally only have to concentrate on the back where I struggle to get it perfectly straight. Now that I just found Phyto 9, a leave-in, I put a little on my hair to smooth it out after I've dried and flat ironed. It really helps smooth it out and is CG.
