Well, I wouldn't tell Kaia (or anyone) what to feel if she'd had a C-section, but because she was planning a natural homebirth and a C-section is pretty much the opposite of that, I would imagine that she would have felt disappointed. If she had
had a C-section and did feel disappointed, I would tell her to go easy on herself because breech vaginal deliveries are very rare these days and it wasn't her "fault" she had the C-section. Not that I'm saying a C-section is ever a woman's "fault" - before anyone picks that apart. I just know that Kaia looks at childbirth similarly to how I do, and if I had a C-section that I believed was unnecessary, I would feel like it was my own fault for not making better decisions.
