I guess I'm alone in this, but I generally like the styling portion of WNTW. I think they like to do things radically different to show the person that they don't have to stick with the same old style they've had for umpteen years. I have seen a couple of episodes where the person just would not allow any change, and the WNTW people allowed them that. I've thought it a real shame not to take the chance on something different.
