I'm not not interested. I'm still considering, is all. Eggplant well-made is a big leap of faith for me. It's so good when it's good, and so bad when it's not. The sad truth is, I've lost my faith.
How is the creamed corn cooked? And what's your method for removing the kernels from the cob?
