abs + 30mins on the elliptical this morning.
Was NOT feeling well this morning though, so had to take the elliptical slow. Have had a horrid headache all weekend and woke up with it STILL this morning, probably due to lack of caffeine. I usually drink coffee at work and don't tend to at home. I think I was drinking more last week than usual, so I am going to try to cut it down to 1 cup/day this week and see how it goes.
Some good news though, 18lbs lost!
