I did stop from time to time. I suppose if I added it together properly it would be about 30 minutes. I need to do the core work to strengthen my lower back after surgery last year.
Abs are flattening out though.
I've not been to the gym or done anything other than walk up stairs since my last post because I've been feeling a bit funky recently. Hopefully back to normal by this weekend.
Just to say, if your body says it's wants a rest, let it rest.
