i vote no. my hair hates oils and i don't really care for using knot today as a leave in. besides, i think she advocates using a leave in that has water as it's first ingredient, and knot today doesn't. honestly, i think the cold water as a final rinse to close the cuticle is enough, and i still use acv (just a way smaller amount). anymore pH balancers on MY hair would just seem redundant...... i don't even use a leave in at all anymore, just use the kccc as a styler (which does have water , erm a botanical infusion actually, as it's first ingredient) and my hair is doing swell. i highly advise the information be taken from those videos and tweak to fit your own hair....
