I found that keeping my hair moist required effort on a few fronts. I learned to sleep with conditioner on my head. I also learned which leave ins and styling products leave my hair feeling dry. I also tried sealing with olive oil, and coconut oil, but that left me feeling dry and "crispy", so I usually use a butter type formula instead. I LOVE Qhemet's AOHC and BRBC. I scrunch that into my hair at night. In the morning, I use a veggie glycerin/water/condish spritz, and scrunch in some more. I also use KBB hair cream and deep conditioner. I just scrunch all over, so not sure what part of the strand I am sealing...ends definitely, everything else is kinda hit and miss. I had to find the right combo of conditioners, moisturizers, and styling prods that give maximum moisture. The veggie glycerin works wonders. What type of prods are you using on your hair?
