Yeah I bet it's the cream. I had to scrunch out some of the water in my hair before applying it so I get a lot of crunch. I got quite a lot of crunch today, I was scared my hair was going to not scrunch out ok. It did great though.
I used a heavier leave in one time with it, no crunch at all that time. I love soft hair but it doesn't stand up to humidity very well.
It's overcast and 90% humidity or so today and it's holding up well without being greasy.
