I read the steps over and over, but I still don't get how the hair is any less wet?
I've read that hair can only soak in water for the first 15 minutes. If it is only sprayed damp, then it would get less damp and dry faster.
I'm not a scientist. I have no idea if this makes scientific sense or not.

It's less wet because you've dampened the hair and let it absorb some of the condish. The hair is now coated with condish when you hop in the shower and rinse it out add some more condish as needed. It will be less wet you'll see. Just try it
