Yes, that windy weather will do it. Sounds like you need MOISTURE back in your hair. To prevent more loss try to wear at least a silk scarf over your hair next time. To help replenish moisture, try leaving in all or most of your CO next time you wash or rinse your hair, and find a small empty spray bottle and fill it with distilled or filtered water and add 1 tsp. of your conditioner and 2-3 drops of the jojoba oil (or any other you may have on hand right now), shake well and take with you to spray your hair lightly a couple of times during the day to compensate for any moisture loss.
