Why don't we have another WPA?
Here's the link. It helped the US out of the Great Depression. I'm not intending to start a ruckus here on nc.com about who will or will not vote for it - it seems to me it hasn't even been suggested by Obama, Congress, Reps. Dems, or any other person or organization. Why not?
