I think this is much the same as the original recipe, except the volume of water is smaller because the first was SO drippy.

Yogurt (not non-fat) might be a good add-in too, not so much for the proteins (more likely you could use the bacterial proteins than the milk proteins) but for the fats and carbohydrates and acidity. It's great for your skin too.
