My sister-in-law just told me about Midnight - some sort of herbal, all natural sleep aid that's supposed to be effective yet not make you feel drowsy in the morning. I picked up a package at Walgreens. Has anyone tried it? They're basically 1.5 mg of melatonin and some additional lemon balm, chamomile and lavender.
