When I watched the video, she said that she only uses leave in's as Leave in's, because leaving a rinse out in your hair can cause dryness and breakage. Is this true? I use all conditioners as leave in when I get ready-I do have some breakage, but I attribute that to natural fallout from transitioning. it's not terrible, but it is there...Any thoughts?

I do however rinse it all out and make sure to get it all off my scalp, and then apply a little as a leave in like I would a moisturizer, section by section. There are lots of ladies who use regular conditioners as leave ins. In fact there are some condishes that the manufacturer (oyin) recommends as a leave in as well.
