: Advice for going curly
I am 37 years old, and have been drying my hair straight almost every morning since college. I want to go natural/curly, but don't really know how. I just found this website today, and would love some advice. My hair is (I think) type 3b - straightens very easily, don't use products when straight. I shampoo and condition every day.
I don't know what kind of products to use to go curly. I have some products (something from bumble & bumble, and Aveda's Be Curly). But when I use them, I feel that I can't distribute them evenly - front of head looks greasy and matted, back of head is frizz city! I don't even own a diffuser.
I've worn my hair straight so long I don't think my husband even knows I have curly hair!!
Any advice would be appreciated. Free me from my hair dryer!
