Atkins is good for quick weight loss if you follow the program to a T. When I was on it, I lost 4 lbs. in one week and I didn't even exercise. The first phase is difficult but once you get through it the results are amazing and you feel great! Good luck!
I just finished the Atkins induction phase, and when I did my weekly weigh-in the day before yesterday, I had lost almost 9lbs in 13 days, also with no exercise other than what I get during a normal day. I also feel great!
