I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks in Dec.
1. low carb
2. limit sugar
3. eat carbs (fruit) before 2pm
4. lots of protein and veggies
5. good oil every day, I use walnut oil on my salads
6. plus I had a glass of red wine night every night
Total loss for me in 8 weeks 19 pounds!! Yeah..... only 10 more to go!
