hmm...I wonder if I can do this... I would find this easy during the week but on the weekend....a lot harder. I would love to be able to drop 10 pounds...wonder if hubby would join me.

Has anybody skipped the first phase and did the second one...and lost weight? I know this is bad...I would love to at least have fruit...maybe the atkins bars would suffice the sweet tooth...in the first phase.
