You would probably lose weight, but it's doing the induction phase by the book that melts the weight off so quickly. It's a jumpstart, so to speak. Being in induction means no more than 20 net carbs (carbs - fiber grams = net carbs) per day. I use the FitDay food log
to keep me on track.
