Alright, I started the Atkins Induction phase today. Bear with my grumpiness because I miss my cream and coffee. No cream in the first phase... I made some tea so hoping that will give me the jolt of caffeine I need.

So those of you doing this...are just mainly eating lots of vegetables...raw and cooked to get your carbs? I picked up a ton of salad for the week...lots of chicken, steak, pork chops..
