I believe you can have real Whipping Cream in your coffee / tea on Atkins induction. However it's limited to 2 - 3 T a day.
(You can't have half 'n half, milk, or any other dairy type "creamer," but real whipping cream (light or heavy) is ok on induction.)
But it's one of those things that adds lots of calories (if you care about that) and is easy to go overboard!
Actually on Atkins, the caffeine in the coffee and tea (and everything else) can be more of an issue, as it can mess with sugar levels and start cravings for some. I'm pretty sure caffeine is not allowed in induction!
Also not all veggies are allowed on induction.
Grace sets apart Christianity from all other religions.
No other religion offers God's love and redemption coming to us free of charge, as a gift, with no strings attached, no performance required, no standard to meet.
Only Christianity dares to make God's love unconditional.
