i went ahead and weighed. i'm down 4.6 lbs. i knew i felt a bit different. my results would have been MUCH better but i didn't give up alcohol at all. i've been sipping sangria and other red wine like always!
i leave for my trip on monday but i'm going to keep eating this way, minus bread and heavy carbs, baked goods, good protein and veggies at meals. it's really not even that hard.
