5 pounds is AWESOME luvmylocs!

I'm down 148.5...frustrated because I haven't lost anything since Saturday...and I haven't cheated. I'm wondering if I'm eating less than I should be...hard to tell.

I'm fine with slow weight loss..but it's been really hard not to eat the birthday cake with my Nanny or popcorn with my kids on movie night. I'm going to stick with it though until at least Friday. Then I will jump back on after 2 days of travel. Traveling will be a little hard to keep up with the veggies and protein. I can take some good snacks with me...but it's my anniversary on Friday...so I feel like splurging.
