Sunday: Rest/1 mile walk through the neighborhood with DH and the dogs
Monday: 1.5 hour power yoga
Tuesday: 40 mins of intervals on the elliptical

Thursday: 1.5 hour power yoga
Friday: 40 mins of intervals on the elliptical
Saturday: elliptical or hike - depending on weather
