Everything went fine. Insertion was uncomfortable and bit painful, but not so bad that I needed to stop. However, everyone's pain threshold is different.

Afterwards I had back pain and cramping, but nothing worse than a bad menstrual period.

I am currently home with a heat pack resting and I feel fine.
