Our current landlord (who absolutely ADORES us) is going to include something in our referral letter about the dog. I'll definitely give it a try if I think it's a possibility with a 'no pets' listing. The worst that can happen is they say no. (that's my fake sunflower smile trying to convince myself that it'll all be OK )

I'm 100% happy to pay a pet deposit, but I saw one earlier that was $2000 HAHA
