I use the MD CSC interchangeably with CJ CCCC and CCCC lite. I can use the CSC year-round, whereas I can only use regular CCCC in high dews.
I also have the MD mango pudding plus, which has more oils in it, and it's a bit too heavy for my hair in low dews; I prefer it in high dews.
