I agree terrorism can happen anywhere at anytime. That's not really the point. The point is they (the terrorists) have made threats previously that they "might" do something to disrupt the election... which only happens on a specific day. Why vote in schools and put children in added danger when it's not necessary in case something were to actually happen? Also, great that the kids don't have school in Chicago. I didn't realize there were places that didn't have school on election day. As PH said, there is school in our communities.
I do agree with PH, voting in schools also opens up the possibility of just plain perverts having access to school children more easily.
