I'm baking some brown rice with peppers, onions, garlic, cumin, coriander and chicken stock that I'll stir some kidney beans and corn into when it comes out of the oven. I'll saute some shrimp and make myself a burrito. Olé! I sure hope my avocado is ripe.
Chocolate pudding for dessert, perhaps?
