yeah for all the success we're seeing! this really has to be a lifestyle and way of eating. once i switched to think there are no bad foods, just less desireable ones and i limited them the weight has decreased plain and simple. the other side of the equation is eating more of the good foods. i still do greek yogurt w/ the fruit on the side (carbs) but it's okay. even when i do have carbs, like say rice with asian food, i still eat a lot less than i did. sneaky little tricks pay off! my goal was to not look chubby in my vacations pics and it was mission accomplished.
