Yeah, I've heard about beer being good for hair. Actually, Lush has a shampoo called Cynthis Silvia Stout, and features Vancouver Island beer (it is made here). I personally am with you on the beer front...blech! We do have a few cans DH got for a get together no one drank. We added one can to a pot roast, and I think he has managed to drink a can or two. But maybe I'll sneak one in the shower soon. Did you do this before or after conditioner?

As for the hair cut...I am too visual that I can't really picture what you're saying to make sense of it to try. But it sounds awesome.
