Well I guess it wouldn't hurt overall..

Lately, I haven't been eating as healthy as I should and I also cut out some physical activities (jujitsu) since I got my puppy back in April -- with a resulting weight gain.. boo!

I'm not entirely convinced that just vitamins alone help with growth either, so I'm still a bit skeptical. I think it works for some folks, but not for everyone.
