i did the whole vitamin thing in the past and i never saw any amazing results. the only time i really felt like my hair grew faster than normal was when i was super active and eating relatively healthy. but i think if i can have an active lifestyle, eat better, AND take vitamins i would reach my hair growth goals in a reasonable amount of time.

Lately, I haven't been eating as healthy as I should and I also cut out some physical activities (jujitsu) since I got my puppy back in April -- with a resulting weight gain.. boo!

I'm not entirely convinced that just vitamins alone help with growth either, so I'm still a bit skeptical. I think it works for some folks, but not for everyone.
