Oh I see Organic Root Stimulator is on the list.. anyone with a little familiarity with hair care ingredients would be able to tell that their products are hardly "organic". I doubt that very many products out there calling themselves "organic" are truly so.

Again, it's marketing and pulling at people's emotional response toward a product. You wouldn't buy XYZ product if it was called "Toxic Petroleum by-product Hair Conditioner", but the minute they add a little sea weed, wheat germ oil, or whatever to the mixture it magically becomes "organic".
