Hey Everyone,

Just checking in. I'm down to 141.0. One pound from my goal weight and 4 pounds from my pre-baby weight (although body fat % is not the same LOL). I do fluctuate around a pound...pound 1/2 but 141.0 is my lowest. I haven't been as good this month during the week..but I'm still losing slowly. I've been getting back on track this last week.

Still exercising 3 to 5 days a week for about an hour.

How is everyone else doing?
