My mom is intrigued by my recent adventures with my curly hair. She has all but given up on her hair after years of trying so many things. I would like to help her regain some hope!

I would say she is 2a texture with 2b styling issues. She has very thin, very fine, very short, salt & pepper, frizzy curly hair. She needs volume and frizz control without getting oily or dirty-looking hair.

I scrunched some lightweight curl reviver in her hair today and even that little bit helped, but she is extremely hesitant to use any product due to previous results. She doesn't even use conditioner. I know she has just been using the wrong things! Any suggestions?

Hair style is the final tip-off whether or not a woman really knows herself.
