Yikes, I love bacon but wouldnt eat raw bacon. I hate, and I do mean HATE when my bacon is "chewy", I don't like fat at all. My bacon must be thoroughly cooked/crisp but not burnt.
My cousins and I made bacon wrapped pigs in a blanket, best idea I've ever had.
