It's been a while since I posted here, but I have finally got some primal-approved foods in my pantry. The nutella is all gone (cry
) but I have to do what's best for my health. In the last 2-3 months I've put on probably 15 lbs and I can't afford new clothes, so I MUST take the weight off.
So as of last night I'm back on the primal diet. Taking it one day at a time. I'll try doing some high intensity exercise in the house (too hot outside right now) for at least 20 minutes to get started.
I had a big bowl of sauteed veggies (in olive oil and a dab of butter) with cashews for dinner last night and will probably have the same for lunch today, along with a salad.
