I can't seem to find anything to do with my hair. So I want to cut it off and try something new. For about three years I have been asking my hair dresser if she could cut it so that it looks different. She said the only thing she could do was cut it short. She never mentioned a pixie, just a shoulder-length cut.

This makes me wonder why she never brought up a pixie cut...

I don't really care all too much what others will think. I just really want to like my hair again. A pixie cut is very short and it seems like my hair would look quite awkward as it is growing back in. Maybe I should get the pixie and if i want long hair again, grow it out next summer?

I have 3a/3b hair and a round-ish face. Will that go decently with a pixie?

Any thoughts?

If you're ready to cut your hair then I say go for it!! There are plenty of guys who find girls with short hair attractive so your friend should keep that mind!! Try looking up pixie cuts by your hair type and face shape and see what you can find before you take the chop. Good luck and post some pics if and when you do it!!!!!!
