Even after just almost two days doing this I have noticed less bloating in my belly area. I'm cheating a little bit because I just can't drink coffee or tea without at least a little sugar, but the difference is still noticeable to me.

My staples: Mane n Tail (cowash), Garnier Fructis Sleek n Shine (leave in condish), Grapeseed oil or shea butter (sealing), Organic Root Stimulator Elasticitea (leave-in condish & light hold)
