yes, the sally's caps are the best deal.
i just noticed i had one left in my conair pack, it was not goody's. and it was 4 for 2.99 -- not bad, but the sally's is much better.
i rinse them as i use them daily -- i put in my rinse out conditioner, then put a shower cap on to keep it out of my eyes and it gives the conditioner a little boost, then rinse out very end of shower. and, since all my products are cg, the water rinses them right out.
