Just checked my weight and I'm still 125, so I'm joining.
My goal is to exercise at least 5 days a week, and lose 5 pounds by the end of this month.
I also want to stop eating fast food and meat, and stick to a (mostly) vegetarian diet.
And I'm trying to kick junk food to the curb.
