Those are great goals! I'm also trying to keep to a better diet as well. No red meat and no pork. I need to really stick to that bc if I don't my pancreatitis really flares up.
I'm also planning on joining the Airforce come the middle of October so I literally have 2months to get my butt in gear or else boot camp is gonna kick my a*s! I did start back jogging today so that's a start!
