Just checking In. It's going to be hard to fit in exercise time with school and homework...

Apple cider vinegar & water, and green tea first thing every morning.

I'm going to try to drink that a couple hours before bed, too.

Water throughout the day. I'm still pushing myself (slowly) away from meat, so for me it's:

Breakfast: fruit and/or nuts or oatmeal

Lunch: fruit/vegetable salad or raw fruits/veggies

Dinner: steamed vegetables and/or fish, or soups (lentil, vegetable)

Snacks are nuts, Greek yogurt, chocolate soymilk, etc.

So far so good!
