True. I'm not a big "meat" eater though, so I think I tend to choke down as much as I can tolerate, and rely more heavily on stuff like avacado and olive oil, etc. I wish I liked it more.

Solidgold: did you invest in the entire program? ($150)? That seems like a lot of money...but the way you describe the eating is exactly what I'm doing now...except I only maintain, not lose...hence the question about counting calories too...need something to get the ball rolling.

It's on sale until the 31st (of course that might be a gimmick and it's always on sale), but it's now $97 plus $8 for shipping which doesn't seem bad at all.
