My gym is being extended, yay, so all the stuff is now spread out over 3 studios. For 3 months I'll be moving all over the place.

Anyway, 30 mins bike, 15 mins cardio. Numerous times up and down the stairs at work.

I have spinal shift now, boo, so I'm hoping I don't get a numb leg again.
