Oh, sorry. Guess I don't know how to put links in replies on this forum. If you go to anitagrant.com, look on the lefthand side for a button that says "Herbs for skin & hair". Click that, and scroll down where you'll see burdock root. Within that description is another link that will give you more info about the root the recipe for the hair rinse.
P.S. If you do end up trying out burdock root, please post what you think about it. I'm really getting into investigating different botanicals to use in hair treatments now that I've gone naturally curly. I'm currently testing out marshmallow root and horsetail, but burdock is on my to-try list. Thanks.
